Therefore I had to return to a hot a humid cabin every night. And they need to renovate. And I have stayed at Termales Del Bosque several times over the years. The front desk clerks sat in their chair during every interaction with them. I can feel the springs in my back while trying to sleep. The next day they removed the half empty bottle and never replaced.

But the food was not fresh and poorly presented. After a few attempts of the staff, nothing was resolved. They were so clogged up that water would squirt in different directions.

Nobody seems to care enough about our issues to resolve them. Then I had to remind them 2 more times before the airconditioner was fixed. The shower heads need to be replaced as well. But, when I arrived the air conditioner and TVs did not work. Once it was fixed they kept turning it off when they serviced the room.
